Shipping is free all over India on orders above Rs 2500
Items ordered will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
For bulk orders, the processing time will differ, please check the product page/ contact us for the same.
For International Orders, please get in touch via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales are final. On no account will claims be accepted for materials which have been cut or made up. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by us due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings.
If we have sent you the wrong fabric or there is a fault, please contact us and we can arrange a replacement free of charge- please email buunai@govardhan.org
Please also note in handloom fabrics, there may be slight variations in weaving which are not defects but a part of handloom textiles and add to its authenticity.
